Limousine Service Policy
The Limousine service includes the choice of a vehicle and a dedicated driver (chauffeur). We have Mercede Benz E & S-Class cars, 19 seater Sprinter as well as Vito minibuses in our limousine fleet and they all are in stylish black. All our vehicles are less than 1 year old and are always kept in pristine condition. Our chauffeurs are attentive, polite and prompt and will stay in constant contact via mobile phone with either you or our operations to ensure that there will be no problems with your journey.

General
1. Rates include the hire of the vehicle, the chauffeur, insurance, maintenance, petrol charges, ERP and parking. However Toll charges in Malaysia is still chargeable to the Customer.
2. If the Customer does not show up or as "No Show", the full rate plus any delays and waiting time will still be applied.
3. If there is any delay at the requested pickup time, then the delay may still be charged at the prevailing hourly rate.
4. For Disposals, there is a minimum of 3 hrs required.
5. All our chaurffeurs will be smartly dressed in White shirts and black pants.
6. Rates are subjected to the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Transfers
Our chauffeur will pick you or your clients up and drive you from one place to another (Point A to Point B), be it the airport, office or to a hotel. For airport arrivals, our chauffeur will pick you or your client from the airport and then drive you to your destination.

Disposal
Our chauffer will be at your disposal for the time period agreed. This means that the vehicle (and the chauffeur) is at your beck and call at all times. However, a minimum of 3 hours is needed for disposal.

Outsource of Chauffeurs/Drivers
We also offer our Customers an easy way to control their manpower and costs by allowing them to hire the services of our chauffeurs. Thus they can make use of the chauffeurs to drive their own vehicles. All our drivers and chauffeurs are well-trained and there will be a replacement if the chauffeur is somehow unavailable.

Airport Meeting Services
We provide airport meeting services to our corporate clients and it will be charged according to the number of persons.

Applicable Surcharges
1. Midnight charge applies from 11pm to 7am (2300hrs to 0700hrs).
2. For all transfers, there will be charges for additional stops.
3. Toll charges if travelling to Malaysia.
